The perfectly located gazebo with its backdrop of Phillips Lake, mountains and seasonal foliage, creates wonderful ceremony and photo opportunities. Our gazebo's elevated construction, power outlets, and 14 X 14 floor space make it the perfect stage for your ceremony or event. The rental of the gazebo comes with all chairs and runner(s). Your gazebo fee (if applicable) is used towards your ceremony, should inclement weather occur, the inn will retain a portion of this fee for set-up costs.
A choice of banquet rooms with fireplace, dance floor and spectacular views. The Phillips Room and newly extended Patio (2170 sq. ft.) has a 195 guest capacity. The Phillips Room (1200 sq. ft.) has a guest capacity of 64 people. The Overlook (1500 sq. ft.) has a guest capacity of 190 people. The Main Dining Room has a guest capacity up to 80 people depending on table configuration. The Main Dining Room, Lake Porch, and Sun Porch combined have a guest capacity of 100 and events must also conclude by 4 pm. The Lake and Pine Porches are both enclosed and are available for smaller evening functions. Room set up, glassware, silverware, linen, and lit fichus trees - if desired - are included in the room rental price. Also included are cake cutting fees and one bartender station fee. Your room rental fee covers a maximum of five (5) hours. All events on the Patio must conclude by 10:00 pm. A final count of all food must be given 7 days in advance. For payment purposes, this count will be the minimum you are responsible for. If more guests arrive than accounted for at this point, we will accommodate them with your prior food choices and price at an additional cost. A deposit in the amount of the room rental guarantees availability. Availability is based on first-come, first-served payment of room (venue) rental deposit. Without a signed contract and deposit your event will be considered tentative and may be cancelled. A credit card number on file is also required.
A variety of delicious and affordable menu options for your rehearsal dinner and wedding reception are available. We have an extensive Hors D' oeuvres selection, several buffet options to choose from (minimum of 30 guests), as well as plated dinner options. All food and beverage prices are guaranteed for a period of six months from signing the contract. All food and beverage are subject to a 8% Maine Sales Tax and 19% service charge.
A suite complete with gas fireplace, tub with whirlpool jets, heated towel rack, and a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains.If your reception is more than 100 guests, your Honeymoon suite will be complimentary for your wedding night. If your reception is 50-100 guests, your Honeymoon suite will be 50% off for your wedding night. The Lucerne Inn per your request will hold up to 10 guest rooms for your event. Arrangements for this block of rooms are not done automatically, and must be done through the front desk manager. All rooms held must be guaranteed with a credit card ninety (90) days prior to the event.
