Just 15 Minutes From Bangor International Airport
The Lucerne Inn is the perfect choice for your next meeting, conference or seminar. We’re easy to reach, located just 15 miles from Bangor International Airport.

CUSTOMIZED MENU OPTIONS

We have a wide variety of menu options that can be tailored to your specific meeting needs. We offer several breakfast options, from a continental to a buffet. For lunch, we offer plated meals or choose from one of our many buffet options. If your meeting is in the evening, you have the option (depending on size) of dining from our a la carte dinner menu, plated menu or buffet. We also provide several selections for your breaks, from coffee and tea, to cookies and brownies, or fresh fruit. No matter what time of day your meeting takes place we can accommodate you with a spectacular meal to complement your meeting. These meals can be served in a separate room from your meeting space to allow you a change in venue, or within your function area to allow you to continue your meeting without disruption.

LODGING RESERVATIONS

The Lucerne Inn, per your request, will hold up to 10 guest rooms for your event (based on availability). Arrangements for this block of rooms are not done automatically, and must be done through one of our Event Coordinators. All rooms held must be guaranteed with a credit card prior to the event

PHILLIPS ROOM & PATIO

For larger retreats or workshops we have the Phillips Room and Patio (1,950 square feet), which has a 195-guest capacity. With a rented tent extension (1200 square feet) the guest capacity is 180 people. The Phillips Room (600 square feet) has a guest capacity of 65 people.

PHILLIPS ROOM

A great space with a decorative fireplace and its own private bar, this venue accommodates up to 65 guests.

THE OVERLOOK

This venue is located in a separate building from the Main Inn. There are four beautiful recessed chandeliers, a decorative fireplace, an area for a dance floor, and a little alcove that faces Bald Mountain and Phillips Lake. This venue can hold up to 120 people.

LAKE PORCH

Located on the Main floor of the Inn, this enclosed porch has large windows offering you a beautiful view of Phillips Lake and Bald Mountain. We can seat up to 36 people in this space.
